A credit corresponds to one question processed by one AI engine under the account’s rules. The expected cost is shown before launch, then reconciled with work actually performed. Check the questions, selected engines and dated balance in your workspace.

Some answers may be missing, fail or not support a reliable conclusion. The report distinguishes these states from an observed absence. Check the relevant audit and its recovery action before starting a new measurement.

Check the detected name, domain, market and reference facts in the evidence. Ambiguous cases require an explicit decision. A similar name alone does not confirm that the AI is describing your business.

A proposal must be reviewed and its version approved before authorized delivery. Availability depends on your role, plan and connected channel. Publication or sending then requires its own confirmation; approval alone is not sufficient.

Karavix lets you document outcomes with a period, source, costs and benefits. A visibility change alone does not prove a revenue gain or its cause. ROI remains separate from the Vix Score and depends on the verifiable data you provide.
