Terms of Service — Karavix

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Karavix, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Karavix is a GEO/AEO monitoring SaaS platform that analyzes brand presence in AI engine answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek).

3. Plans and subscriptions

Subscriptions are monthly or annual, renewed automatically. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

4. Refund policy

Starter plan — 14-day guarantee

If you subscribe to the Starter plan and are not satisfied within the first 14 days following your first payment, you can request a full refund with no justification. Contact support@karavix.com.

For Agency, Brand and Enterprise plans, refunds are assessed case by case. No pro-rata refund is granted except in exceptional circumstances.

5. Intellectual property

Karavix and its components (code, design, reports) are the exclusive property of Karavix Inc. Your brand data belongs to you. Karavix reserves the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the service.

6. Limitation of liability

Karavix is provided "as is". Vix Scores are analytical indicators, not guarantees of results. Karavix cannot be held liable for business decisions made on the basis of these scores.

Karavix reserves the right to update its scoring algorithm at any time. Score variations resulting from an algorithm update do not constitute grounds for a claim.

7. Termination

You can cancel at any time from the billing settings. Karavix may terminate your access in case of a breach of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Montréal, Quebec.
